What is Peppa Tickets?

Peppa Tickets is a new way of booking tickets for ‘Peppa Pig’s Best Day Ever’ directly through the official production website.


I haven’t received my confirmation email or my e-ticket?

Please check it hasn’t gone into your Junk Email folder. If it still hasn’t arrived after an hour please email us at customerservices@peppapiglive.com or contact us on 020 3301 9740 (lines are open 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). We aim to respond to emails within one working day.


Where do I collect my tickets from?

Depending on what option you choose during check out, tickets can either be collected from the venue box office on the day of the performance or they can be printed out at home. If you are collecting the tickets from the box office, please make sure to bring your confirmation email along with proof of ID (i.e. drivers licence, passport or payment card in your name).


I’ve ordered merchandise with my booking, how do I collect this?

You’ll receive an e-voucher for your merchandise item which can be scanned and redeemed at the main merchandise stand in the venue. Please note in busy periods there may be a queue.


Can I get a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately our tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Can I book tickets over the phone?

Unfortunately Peppa Tickets does not offer the facility to book tickets over the phone. For phone bookings please ring the venue box office directly.


Can I make an Access booking?

I’m afraid it’s not possible to make Access bookings through Peppa Tickets. Please contact the venue box office directly who will be more than happy to assist.


What is a Family Ticket?

A Family Ticket is a ticket for up to 4 people to see the show at a specially reduced rate. It can be made up of 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children.


Does my baby need a ticket?

The babes in arms policy varies from venue to venue. Please check the blue information banner on the booking page for further information on your chosen venue.


Is there an area to store my buggy or pram at the venue?

Our venues usually provide a storage area for buggies and prams for our productions. Please check directly with your chosen venue for further details.


Tickets are not available for my chosen show.

Please try booking with the venue directly. We often have a different allocation to the venue themselves so they may still have tickets available.
